Registration<\/h3>\n

Your registration becomes binding upon receipt of the registration form (mail, online registration or email). After your registration you will receive an invoice for the total amount of the seminar. This must be paid within 14 days of receipt of the invoice.<\/p>\n

Terms of payment<\/h3>\n

After receipt of your registration you will receive a written booking confirmation with payment details. Please note that bank charges from abroad are at your expense.<\/p>\n

Early bird: In order to benefit from the offered early bird discount, please transfer the total seminar amount until 2 days after the end of the early bird period at the latest. Late registrations\/payments will forfeit the offer and the normal amount will be due for payment.<\/p>\n

Prices<\/h3>\n

The price for the Flow State \/ AWH seminar is \u20ac750 regular and \u20ac650 with early bird discount if you register by 17.05.2019.
Number of participants<\/p>\n

The number of participants per course is limited. Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received. If all places are taken, a waiting list will be created.<\/p>\n

Cancellation of participation<\/h3>\n

Of course, there may be important reasons that do not allow you to attend. If your written cancellation (by email) is received, your course fees will be refunded on the following scale:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • up to 30 days before the start of the course, you will be refunded the course fees already paid minus a processing fee of \u20ac 30.<\/li>\n
  • up to 14 days before the start of the seminar you will be refunded 50%.<\/li>\n
  • 7 days and less the course fee will be retained.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    In exceptional cases, courses can be made up at a later date by personal arrangement. This also applies in the event of illness.<\/p>\n

    Seminar cancellation<\/h3>\n

    Seminars can be cancelled due to a low number of participants or due to force majeure, e.g. illness of the seminar leader. Accordingly, an alternative date will be offered or the course fee will be refunded in full.<\/p>\n

    Liability<\/h3>\n

    Seminars, courses and trainings do not replace medical and therapeutic treatment. As the organizer, Kiez Hypnose assumes no liability whatsoever. There is no right to compensation. Each participant is fully liable for all damages caused directly or indirectly.<\/p>\n

    Copyrights and rights to a name<\/h3>\n

    Course and course materials are subject to copyright and may not be reproduced photomechanically or electronically. They are intended exclusively for the personal use of the course participants.<\/p>\n

    Place of jurisdiction<\/h3>\n

    The place of jurisdiction is exclusively Berlin.<\/p>\n

    Final provisions<\/h3>\n

    German law shall apply between the contracting parties. Should one of the above provisions or a provision within the scope of other agreements be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of all other provisions or agreements. Agreements negotiated in deviation from this are only valid if they have been agreed in writing.<\/p>\n
